Khao Khanap Nam
‘Khao Khanap Nam’ : The city’s two main hills, roughly 100 meters high, stand tall with the Krabi River flowing between them. The mid-point is considered one of the city’s landmarks. You can easily get there on a local long-tail boat for 15 minutes to visit them from Chao Fa Pier. On one side there is also a cave where a large number of human skeletons were found. People theorize that some early settlers established a home at Kanab Nam, but were cut off by a flood and quickly perished.
